Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days from the date of confirmation.

  • The courier partner is selected based on your delivery pin code and availability.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the product is dispatched.

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Return & Refund Policy

  • For returns or refunds, please contact us at support@hapypanda.com within the specified timeframe.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 2 business days of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

    • Incorrect product delivered

    • Product damaged during transit

  • For damaged or incorrect items, a replacement will be arranged. Refunds are provided only if a replacement is unavailable.

  • To request a replacement, share your Order Number along with clear photos/videos of the issue at support@hapypanda.com.

  • Once the support team confirms the issue, the return shipment will be initiated.

  • After the returned item arrives at our warehouse, the replacement will be processed within 1 business day.

  • If a refund is applicable, it will be initiated within 1 business day after the product is received at our warehouse. The amount may take 4–7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@hapypanda.com with your Order Number.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment method.

  • Hapypanda reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unforeseen issues or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
