The courier partner is selected based on your delivery pin code and availability.

Return & Refund Policy

For returns or refunds, please contact us at support@hapypanda.com within the specified timeframe.

Return requests must be initiated within 2 business days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Incorrect product delivered

Product damaged during transit

For damaged or incorrect items, a replacement will be arranged. Refunds are provided only if a replacement is unavailable.

To request a replacement, share your Order Number along with clear photos/videos of the issue at support@hapypanda.com.

Once the support team confirms the issue, the return shipment will be initiated.

After the returned item arrives at our warehouse, the replacement will be processed within 1 business day.

If a refund is applicable, it will be initiated within 1 business day after the product is received at our warehouse. The amount may take 4–7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@hapypanda.com with your Order Number.

Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment method.

Hapypanda reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unforeseen issues or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
